As the Chief Operating Officer (COO) of United Medical, LLC and its subsidiaries, Susan Andersen works closely with the Chief Executive Officer, Kemal Erkan, in providing leadership and direction for the organization. Susan provides organizational management, financial oversight, operational standards and performance planning to further improve and achieve United Medical’s mission and goals. She also leads the strategic planning for real estate acquisitions and development. Susan shares United Medical’s commitment to their local community and the patient population; she strongly believes that through education, great strides can be made to contain costs while facilitating the delivery of quality healthcare.
